Hello. We are a micro bakery located in Coolbellup, Western Australia baking traditional sourdough breads as well as our own varieties with a modern twist.
We bake every second Sunday, with pre-ordering open via our website from Wednesday until Friday midnight that week. You can also find a small selection of our breads at The Storehouse Fremantle and Kerry Street Pear Tree Cafe on Sunday mornings.
We bake mostly 1kg loaves using only the best biodynamic, organic or certified sustainable flour, water and salt. Slowly fermented with our own sourdough starter. We promise, you'll taste the care and attention we place in every loaf we bake.
